ＪＲが運休になる前だったせいか、

昼間に高校生が駅から帰って来る姿が見えた。

徐行運転のＪＲが引きずられるように、ゆっくりと通り過ぎた後、

この狭い小路を自転車で、
この驚異な雨にはレインコートも役に立ちそうにないと見たか
青年は明るくも嬉しそうにも映る勢いで通り過ぎていった。

 

レインコートは着ていなかったけど、
イヤフォンはしていた。

きっと、だれでも自分を強くする何かを、
自分のなかに持っている。
